Hey everyone, I know Revelations has been out for a few weeks now, but for those who haven’t played it yet or may just want it as a Christmas present, I’m here to tell you what I thought about it.

First off, I thought the beginning of the game was pretty sweet, because those of you that probably missed playing Assassins Creed: Brotherhood or just need a recap, here’s great news for you: The beginning of Revelations gives you a pretty decent recap of the main points of AC Brotherhood. Now to the story. I’m not going to spoil anything, just simply give what my opinion on what I liked about it. The story was amazing! It took me about a week to beat the game (mostly due to school and homework) and most days, I didn’t want to stop playing even though I had to. Wanting to know what happened next was so anticipating. I loved it, especially towards the end.

Now on to the multiplayer: I highly recommend that if you do get the game, you buy it new. To play the online multiplayer for Revelations, you need an online pass code, which you will only get if you buy the game new. Of course you can buy the game used, but if you’d like to play online, you’ll need to purchase the online pass for 800 Microsoft Points on the Xbox or for 10 dollars on the PSN. When I first played multiplayer, the party system was confusing. It really wasn’t enjoyable trying to figure out how it works when I just wanted to start playing with a few friends. Even though that was a problem, the multiplayer is completely worth it. Using stealth to assassinate your opponents is still satisfying to me.

Overall, Revelations was a fun and addicting addition to the series. I found myself unable to stop playing at times. I would completely reccomend this game.

Final verdict: 4.8/5
